[Case Study] Guide Roller

Significant improvement in productivity! Introducing a case where "Toshical S TS-1800" was coated on the surface of the guide roller.

At this label manufacturer, after die-cutting the label seals, the unnecessary parts of the label seals are collected by a winding device. Until now, when being wound along the guide roller, the adhesive applied to the label seals would overflow onto the surface of the guide roller, causing adhesive issues. As a result, they consulted with us and adopted "Toshical S TS-1800." After coating the surface of the guide roller, the adhesive issues were eliminated, significantly improving productivity.
